The Military Commissions Act. Warrantless wiretapping. Shredding of Habeas Corpus. Torture. Extraordinary Rendition. Secret Prisons.
No more. Senator Dodd has decided to place a "hold" on the latest FISA bill that would have included retroactive immunity telecommunications companies that enabled the President's assault on the Constitution by providing personal information on their customers without judicial authorization. Not now. Not again. And when he is elected President, Restoring the Constitution is what he will do in his FIRST HOUR in the Oval Office.
